Nuha Jewelers is Seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador providing clients with In-depth knowledge of all products in respective product categories
  • Greet customers immediately upon entering the store and deliver exceptional customer service through an energetic and genuine attitude
  • Drive sales through styling and relationship building
  • Client Care visits and repair conversion sales
  • Support both new and existing customers
  • Proper management of sales and calculations
  • Upload and maintain client information in CRM
  • Participate in Marketing events and activities
  • Assist with merchandising, replenishment and visual standards
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization of product, and general store upkeep

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years luxury goods retail experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Prior experience using POS system and its inventory functions

Competencies:

  • Collect CRM data and follow selling plans to create selling opportunities
  • Provide administrative and operational support on daily tasks and for specific Marketing events
  • Manage client relationships and client experience within the Boutique (including updating knowledge about products and prices, keeping the Boutique in a good state in compliance with AP standards, managing product inventory)
