Nuha Jewelers is Seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Serve as a brand ambassador providing clients with In-depth knowledge of all products in respective product categories
Greet customers immediately upon entering the store and deliver exceptional customer service through an energetic and genuine attitude
Drive sales through styling and relationship building
Client Care visits and repair conversion sales
Support both new and existing customers
Proper management of sales and calculations
Upload and maintain client information in CRM
Participate in Marketing events and activities
Assist with merchandising, replenishment and visual standards
Maintain store cleanliness, organization of product, and general store upkeep
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years luxury goods retail experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus
Strong Computer skills
Prior experience using POS system and its inventory functions
Competencies:
Collect CRM data and follow selling plans to create selling opportunities
Provide administrative and operational support on daily tasks and for specific Marketing events
Manage client relationships and client experience within the Boutique (including updating knowledge about products and prices, keeping the Boutique in a good state in compliance with AP standards, managing product inventory)
