Within the US, Nuha Jewelers ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which typically takes between 2-3 business days.
Items between $2,500 and $5,000 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express, which typically takes either 1 or 2 days.
Items over $5,000 are shipped via UPS.

Nuha Jewelers offers a six-month warranty covering manufacturers’ defects. Please note that this coverage does not include damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, and/or normal wear and tear.

We offer a six-month layaway payment plan that requires a monthly payment of at least 10%. A 10% deposit is required at the time the layaway payment plan is initiated. No refunds will be given for items purchased on layaway, however these items may be eligible for exchange or store credit.

We recommend our engagement ring customers submit their pieces for cleaning and checking every 4-6 months. This will ensure your ring remains sparkling, and most importantly, its stones stay in place! While each piece is carefully inspected and diamonds are set as securely as possible, everyday wear or improper cleaning can cause stones to become loose.
To keep your gold looking as lustrous as it did in our display case, simply drop it off at Nuha for polishing. Six to twelve months of active wear may cause white gold to turn. Our rhodium plating services guarantee your gold’s return to its pure white luster.
We’ll gladly service any Nuha purchase, and make sure your repairs are finished to the strictest standards.
Repairs are completed on site, typically within one week of drop off.

The cost of our services is just that! No profit, no markup.
We’re fair. Any minor* damages to a piece within six months of purchase will be repaired free of cost.
